Return Policy
We want you to love your Earthspun Loom piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
To start a return, please email support@earthspunloom.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@earthspunloom.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
